THE 38th ASEAN Ministers on Energy Meeting (AMEM) and Associated Meetings have been hosted by Viet Nam from 17-20 November via videoconferencing.
Myanmar’s delegation led by Ministry of Electricity and Energy Permanent Secretary U Than Zaw participated in the first-day meeting programme “SOME Preparatory Meeting for the 38th AMEM” via videoconferencing from Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
The 38th ASEAN Ministers on Energy Meeting (AMEM) and Associated Meetings have been held for four days. On 17 and 18 November, ASEAN senior energy officials have participated in the preparatory meeting for the 38th AMEM.
On 19 and 20 November, the AMEM and other associated meetings including the 14th EAS-EMM, the 17th ASEAN Plus Three (Japan-China-Republic of Korea) Summit, the 6th AMEM-IEA, the 4th AMEM-IRENA and the 2020 ASEAN Energy Business Forum will be held.
